JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AG.A 2. The applicant is not named in the F.I.R. Moreover, co-accused Tej Pal alias Teja and Vijendra, whose case is almost identical have been released on bail on 11.9 .2001 by this court. The applicant is also ordered to be released on bail. 3 Let the applicant Rajesh kumar be released on bail in case crime no. 209 of 2001 u/s 364-A & 323, I.P.C. on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Haridwar.
