ORDER 1.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. These petitions are filed for transfer of appeals filed by the various Corporations and which are pending in different High Courts to the High Court of Delhi or to this Court for their final disposal. At this stage except the earned counsel for Andhra Pradesh Transmi- ssion Company, learned counsel appearing on behalf of rest of the respondents agree that the matters may be diposed of by one High Court, namely, the High Court of Delhi. They also submit that considering the important question involved pertaining to the electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998, let it be decided by)Division Bench of the High Court. 3. Considering the facts of the case, particularly, the provisions of the electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998 the prayer is granted and all he petitions mentioned above are allowed and the following matters pendingin different High Courts are transferred to the High Court of Delhi for their final disposal byDivision Bench: 1. CMAs Nos. 437-39 of 2001 entitled T.N. Electricity Board v. Central Electricity Regulatory Commission pending before the High Court of Madras. 2. CMA (SR) No. 22264 of2001 entitled Transmission Corpn. of A.P. (TRANSCO) v. Union of India and CMA No. 1799 of 2001 entitled Transmission Corpn. of AP. (TRANSCO) v. Union of India pending before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. 3. MFA No. 1548 of 2001 entitled Kamataka Power Transmission Corpn. Ltd. v. Central Electricity Regulatory Commission pending before the High Court of Karnataka. All the relevant records of the above matters may please be placed before the Honble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi for appropriate orders.
