JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Nariman, the learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Karnataka, states that the State wants to withdraw this interlocutory application since the State would approach the Central Government for constitution of a Tribunal under the Inter-State Water Disputes Act for resolving the dispute between the parties. The interlocutory application is permitted to be withdrawn.
