JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : Heard Km. Rekha Chawla learned counsel for applicant as well as learned Addl. Govt. Advocate. 2. According to the learned counsel for applicant, the applicant has falsely been implicated as in evident from .the medical report and even from' the statement made by the prosecutrix under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, I find that it is a fit case in which the applicant shall be released on bail. 4. Accordingly, the applicant Nasir S/o Ali Gohar be released on bail in case Crime No. 609/2001, under Sections 376, 354, 511 and 34 I.P.C. P S. Kela Khera, Bazpur, Distt. U.S. Nagar, on his furnishing a personal bond with adequate sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of C. J. M. Udham Singh Nagar.
