Garewal, J. - The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted a gandasa blow on the head of the complainant leading to registration of the case under Sections 326/324/323/34 Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and his co-accused. The petitioners trial is in progress before Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad. The trial is not likely to conclude soon. Bail to the satisfaction of trial Court/Ilaqa Magistrate. Petition allowed.
