R. D. SHAKLA, J. Applicant Mangal Soni has applied for his bail in connection with Case Crime No. 421 of 2000 under Section 302/201 I. P. C. relating to police station Chanda, District Sultanpur. 2. This is the second bail application. First one was decided on merits. It is a case of circumstantial evidence. Nothing was recovered at the instance of the applicant. He is, therefore, allowed bail on his furnishing sureties and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the C. J. M. concerned. Bail granted. .
