JUDGMENT : 1. Having heard learned counsel, we are of the view that the employment of Dr. Biswas should be continued for a period of one year, that is, upto 31st January, 2002, and that he should remain in charge of the investigation until that time. The first appellant will pass appropriate orders accordingly. 2. I.A.Nos.1-2 are disposed of.
