RAVI R. TRIPATHI, J. ( 1 ) THE learned advocates for the parties Mr K. S. Acharya and Mr Shirish Joshi have jointly requested that a settlement is arrived at between the parties. A copy of the said settlement arrived at between the parties is taken on record. Both these Special Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly in terms of the said settlement. Rule is discharged in Special Civil Application No. 11409 of 1994. Interim relief granted earlier in Special Civil Application No. 11409 of 1994 is vacated. Notice in Special Civil Application No. 13408 of 2000 is discharged. .
