JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a. mandamus from this Court commanding the Commissioner Kumaun Division, Kumaun to dispose of the appeal of the appellant filed against the externment order passed by the Addl. District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar, under the control of Goondas Act. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case then appellate authority the commissioner Kumaun Division Kumaun is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 2. Till one month, the operation of the order of Addl. District Magistrate Udham Singh Nagar shall remain suspended. 3. For the reasons mentioned above 'the writ petition is disposed of.
