JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. : The limited grievance of the petitioner as canvassed by Sri Manoj Tiwari is that on 24.5.1999, he had applied for his lease hold of Nazul to be converted into free hold. Requisite amount was also paid by him on 15.3.2000. However, the District Magistrate has not taken any decision in this behalf so far. Heard learned C. S. C. We direct the authority, namely, D. M. Udham Singh Nagar to take decision in the matter within four weeks from today. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
