In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate direction upon the respondent No. 4, District Education Officer, Deoghar to post her at a suitable place and for payment of her salary from June 2000 onwards. 3. It is stated that the case of the petitioner shall be considered in the next meeting of the District Education Establishment Committee, Deoghar for her posting. However, no date has been given as to when the meeting of the Committee is scheduled to be held. 5. Having regard to the facts stated in the counter-affidavit, I dispose of this writ application with a direction to respondent No. 4 to take all necessary steps for payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner from June 2000 to May 2001 within a period of 30 days from today.
