Short Note Since the Police case diary has been received and the application has already been admitted for final hearing. finally heard learned counsel for the parties. The only allegation against the applicant is that she is sister-in-law of the deceased and exhorted main accused persons regarding demand of dowry. The learned counsel for the applicant has also submitted that the applicant is in family way. In facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. in so far as the applicant is concerned. this application as filed u/s 438 of CrPC is allowed temporarily for a period of two months or till the date on which the charge sheet is filed. which ever is earlier. The applicant shall be released on bail in the event of her arrest on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs, 25.000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Police officer competent to arrest her subject to the conditions laid down in section 438(2), CrPC. During this period. the applicant shall he at liberty to apply for regular bail. and if any adverse order is passed against her, the same shall not be given effect to for a further period of 10 days.
