JUDGMENT M.C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. The applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased died of drowning in a river. He pleads false implication. . 3. Let the applicant Awtar Ram be released on bail in case crime No. 2/2000 under Section 498-A. 304-B, 306, I.P.C. on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Chamoli. 4. However, it shall not offer a ground of parity of the other co-accused.
