Heard Dr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 20.1.2001 on the ground that he joined as Junior Engineer at Mayang Development Block in June, 1999 and he has been transferred to accommodate die private respondent Shri Biraj Dutta Barua who was transferred vide order dated 14.11 2000 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the private respondent joined as Junior Engineer in the said Block in June, 2000 and vide order dated 14.11.2000 he was transferred. On representation filed by him, the transfer order against him was stayed and the petitioner was transferred. Admittedly, the petitioner was serving at the station prior to the respondent. 3. The petitioner in para 10 in his writ petition states that the transfer order is malafide, illegal and arbitrary. But nothing has been stated in the petition as to how it is malafide and no details has been given. 4. On perusal of the writ petition and upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I find that this is not a case for interference. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
