JUDGMENT M.C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned G.A. 2. The deceased was allegedly done to death by non-applicant. He received single incised wound so far as applicant Varun is concerned, a case for bail is made out. 3. Let the applicant Varun be released on bail in case crime No. 231/2000 under Section 302, I.P.C., P.S. Roorkee, District Haridwar, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Haridwar.
