JUDGMENT 1. - Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment of the appellate Court and the trial Court. 2. I do not find any illegality in the judgment of both the Courts which call for interference except on the point of sentence. 3. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would meet if the sentence awarded to the accused is reduced to 15 days. 4. Accordingly, the revision petition is partly allowed while maintaining the conviction for the offence under section 406 MC. The sentence is reduced to 15 days. The fine shall remain intact.Revision partly allowed. *******
