JUDGMENT : 1. We asked Mr. Mahabir Singh whether he was satisfied with the affidavit that has been filed by L.M. Goyal, Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana on 14th February, 2001 meets the requirements of the order that we passed on 9th November, 2000. Mr. Mahabir Singh states that the affidavit of the Chief Secretary should have been more detailed. Why, in such circumstances, the affidavit was filed as it was is not explained. Mr. Mahabir Singh states that detailed affidavit shall be filed within four weeks by the Chief Secretary which will comply with the order of 9th November, 2000. This affidavit shall not be filed one day later than four weeks. 2. Liberty to the petitioner to file an additional affidavit within two weeks and to the respondent to respond thereto. 3. List after five weeks.
