RAVI R. TRIPATHI, J. ( 1 ) MR. K. B. Pancholi for Mr. R. C. Jani for the petitioners has produced a copy of compromise signed by one Jayprakash Maneklal Patel and Ramnarayan Shivnarayan Pande, the respondent in this petition. He further requested that presence of said Ramnarayan Shivnarayan Pande, who is present before the Court, be marked. Said Ramnarayan Shivnarayan Pande is recognised by Mr. Pancholi. He is paid a cheque of Rs. 25,000. 00, bearing No. 345659 dated 4. 7. 2001 of the State Bank of India issued by the Managing Director, Dyeo Print Gujarat (P) Limited. The compromise arrived at between the parties is produced before the Court which is taken on record. ( 2 ) THE Special Civil Application is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Rule is discharged. Interim relief is vacated. No order as to costs. .
