Judgment 1. Heard learned counsel for the Vidyut Nigam Mr. Mihir Kumar Jha. 2. This is too small a matter to occasion interference by a letters patent appeal. The learned Judge had observed that there was no reason why the respondent Board ought to have ignored filling up the vacancies from the backward class candidates. All that has happened is that the Court had directed that the panel be treated as alive and the appointment be offered first to Serial no. 15 depending upon the result and thereafter to Serial no. 16. 3. There is no illegality in the order so as to issue notice on this petition. 4. Dismissed.
