ORDER Precise issues involved in the case have been formulated by the petitioners and filed in this Court. 2. We understand that the Government of India has constituted a Committee under the Chairmanship of former Chief Justice Malimath to go into various aspects for revamping of criminal justice system. Mr. Nariman, learned Senior Counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioners would prepare a comprehensive representation on the important issues involved in the case, which could be sent to Malimath Committee for its consideration. Let the needful be done within four weeks. 3. The Union of India may also, in the meanwhile, file specific issues and other suggestions with regard to the matter under consideration. 4.
