Judgment 1. This petition has been filed against an order dated 19 April, 2001 by which the petitioner has received most of the reliefs, which he sought. 2. The contention is that he has not received all the reliefs and the claims, which he made in the petition. Voluntary retirement of the petitioner having been accepted the contention of the petitioner is that he worked thereafter and was entitled to salary which has not been accepted in entirety. Unfortunately, which (sic) the petitioner was working for an organisation (BISCOMAUN), which itself is not working and the society is superseded. 3. In the counter affidavit it is mentioned that after the expiry of 3 months period of notice for voluntary retirement the petitioner did not work except for the physical verification of the stocks. In the circumstances, at best there is a dispute whether the petitioner worked or not. 4. Thus, there is no error in the order of 19 April, 2001 to occasion the Court to interfere with it.
