JUDGMENT M.C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned G.A. 2. It is argued for the applicant that the prosecutrix did not know the applicant from before. It is also argued that it is highly improbable that he would have disclosed his name to her on her asking after the commission of the alleged rape. 3. Without reference to the ultimate merits of the case, it is ordered that applicant Pritam Singh Shall be released on bail in case crime no. 1003/2000 under section 376 and 323 I.P.C. PS. Rudrapur, Distt. Udham Singh Nagar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Udham Singh Nagar.
