RAVI R. TRIPATHI, J. ( 1 ) RULE. Mr. Kishor M. Paul, learned advocate waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent. ( 2 ) ). THE matter can be disposed of on the short ground that the matter is pending before the Industrial Tribunal, Rajkot being IT. Complaint No. 16 of 1995, which can be directed to be disposed of in a time bound frame. ( 3 ) ). MR. DAGHLI, learned advocate for the petitioner Corporation submitted that the matter is old enough and requires expeditious adjudication. He further submitted that only documentary evidence is to be produced; witnesses are to be examined. ( 4 ) ). MR. PAUL, learned advocate submits that the matter is pending before the Industrial Tribunal, Rajkot and hearing is fixed for 30. 8. 2001. However, he does not have any objection if a directions is given for expeditious disposal of the matter. ( 5 ) ). TAKING into consideration the aforesaid situation it is directed that the Industrial Tribunal, Rajkot shall see that the matter is finally disposed of latest by 30th September 2001. ( 6 ) ). THE Special Civil Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only. No order as to costs. .
