ORDER An affidavit jointly signed by the petitioner and the respondent is taken on record. Since the matter is pending before the Family Court at Bandra, we think it fit and appropriate to transmit the said affidavit to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai for passing an appropriate order. We, accordingly remit the said affidavit to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai with the direction to take up the matter on 2nd April, 2001 and pass appropriate order. The parties have undertaken to remain present on the said date. On the said date, the Family Court at Bandra shall hand over the bank drafts of Rs. 60 lacs drawn in favour of Smt. Nidhi Pankaj Kumar Sureka to Smt. Nidhi Pankaj Kumar Sureka. The transfer petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 2. The office is directed to transmit the order and the affidavit filed by the parties, forthwith, to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.
