JUDGMENT Heard. The first application for anticipatory bail was rejected on account of non-filing of the affidavit. It is alleged that the applicant has not accounted for certain amount which he had released in his capacity as Shakha Prabandhak of Zila Sahkari Kendriya Bank Ltd., Shivpuri (Sewa Sahkari Sanstha, Group). In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed and it is directed that in case, the applicant appears before the Investigating Officer within a period of 15 days, and furnishes bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount, he shall be released on bail for a period two months subject to the conditions enumerated under section 438 of CrPC. It is, however, made clear that on expiry of this period of two months, the applicant would be at liberty to apply for regular bail before the appropriate Court and if any adverse order is passed against him, the same shall not be given effect to for a further period of 10 days.
