C. for the respondents no. 1 and 2 and Sri Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents nos. 3 and 4 appeared. 2. It was revealed during the course of hearing that petitioner's revision Under Section 41 of the U. P. Urban Planning and Development Act, is pending before the State Government at Dehradun: In view of this Mr. Manoj Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to with draw the petition. Permission granted. 3. We, however, direct the authorities to decide the revision expeditiously preferably with in six weeks. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
