JUDGMENT : I.A. Nos. 103-104 in WP (C) No. 13029/85 1. Learned Amicus Curiae has examined these applications and we have heard Mr. R.N. Trivedi, learned ASG for the applicants also. 2. We clarify that our orders dated 28.7.1998 and 29.4.1999 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 13029/1985 do not apply to heavy duty Tatra Trucks or Heavy Armoured Recovery Vehicles being used by the defence forces. 3.
