JUDGMENT This revision petition has been filed against the order dated.9.9.2001 passed by the trial Court, rejecting petitioners' application filed under Order 14 Rule 2, CPC on the last date of hearing, 'for framing additional issues purely on the' question of law, on the ground that the suit is pending since 1992 and they have not raised any objection till the completion of the trial regarding the same. I have also gone through the application filed by the applicants under Order 14 Rule 2, CPC, in which they have not said the no evidence' would be necessary for deciding the aforesaid objection and the said objection is pure question of-law. The submission of the LC is that it is a pure question of law and they have a right to address the Court on this ground. They 'may do so at the time of final hearing in the suit, if law permits. In view of the aforesaid observations, I do not think that the trial Court has committed any illegality in passing the impugned order. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed summarily.
