JUDGMENT Heard on application under section 439, CrPC for grant of bail to the petitioner. Accused-petitioner Shiv Kumar is alleged to have committed the offence;) punishable under section 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC in connection of Crime No. 133/2000 Police Station Piparia District Hoshangabad. . Shri Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the trial of the criminal case has been stayed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 39412001 and therefore there is no likelihood of the early disposal of the case pending against the petitioner. He further states that Jitendra Kumar is the main accused who forged the documents. Looking to the totality of circumstances, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. The petition is allowed. Accused-petitioner Shiv Kumar is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM Hoshangabad.
