JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned Government Advocate and the learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The applicant is facing prosecution for an offence punishable under Section 452, 376(4) and 50() I.P.C. 3. I have also perused the medical report contained at page 11 of the paper book. No fresh evidence of sexual intercourse has been given by the doctor and therefore, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail. 4. Let the applicant be released on bail in case crime No. 8 of 2001 under Sections 452, 376 (4) and 506 I.P.C. P. S. Raiwala District Dehradun on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. concerned.
