JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking mandamus from this court commanding the opposite parties to relieve the petitioners in compliance of the transfer orders. Since the petitioners have not been relieved, therefore, the transfer orders have not been complied with. 2. In these circumstances the respondents are directed either to pass fresh transfer orders of the petitioners or relieve the petitioners in compliance of the earlier transfer orders. 3. For the reasons mentioned above the writ petition is disposed of.
