ORDER Leave granted. When this matter came up for hearing on the last occasion, we asked the learned Additional Solicitor General to find out if the order passed by the Appellants against the Respondent dismissing him from service be converted into one of compulsory retirement. 2. Today, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that the appellants are willing to do so provided the respondent makes an appropriate application in that regard to the Director General, Border Security Force. 3. Let such application be made by the Respondent within a period of three weeks and the matter shall be disposed of by the Director General within three weeks thereafter as undertaken now. In substitution of the order made by the High Court, the order made by us shall be effective. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
