JUDGMENT Heard. The applicants have been convicted, in Cri. Appeal No. 4312000 vide judgment dated 9.5.2000 by Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Bhind, modifying the sentence awarded by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhind, in Cri. Case No. 325/98 vide judgment dated 3.3.2000, for offence under section 325/34, I.P.C. and sentenced to suffer 6 month's R.I. and a fine of Rs. 1 ,000/- each; and in default 3 month's S.I. each, and they have further been convicted under section 323/34, IPC and sentenced to suffer 3 months imprisonment. Revision has been admitted for final hearing. Complainant/injured Kanhai Singh and applicants Ketal Singh, Brijraj Singh and Sadho Singh are present in Court and have been identified by counsels Shri Madhukar Kulshreshtha and Shri Rakesh Saxena respectively. The Court also made enquiry from complainant and it is satisfied that he is the person injured and complainant in the case. The application has been moved seeking leave of the Court for compounding the offence. In the circumstances mentioned in the petition and looking to the nature of offence, leave is granted. Heard. Leave to compound having been granted and the complainant having compounded the offences, applicant-accused stand acquitted for offences under sections 325/34 IPC and 323/34, IPC as a result of compromise. Fine, if deposited, be returned to accused persons. Bail bonds and surety bonds of the applicants stand cancelled. Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned and to the jail authorities.
