JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. From the perusal of the challan papers, it transpires that no recovery of the alleged weapons of offence have been made from either of two petitioners-Vardi & Ganiya @ Kani, while recovery has been effected from all the four male accused persons. In these circumstances, though the deceased has received as many as 20 injuries, but since the recovery has been effected only from the four male accused persons and the fact that the petitioners are girls said to be of young age. I am inclined to grant bail to the two petitioners.Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners-Vardi & Ganiya @ Kani shall be released on bail pending trial provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- along with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court or whenever and wherever called upon to do so.Bail application allowed. *******
