JUDGMENT 1. On persual of the record and upon hearing the learned counsel for parties, we find that the learned Single Judge has correctly dismissed the writ petition. The findings of facts reached by all the courts are against the appellant and within the limited scope of Article 227 of the Constitution of India. No interference is possible in the decision made by the learned revenue authority. 2. The appeal is dismissed.Appeal dismissed. *******
