ORDER 1. These appeals be listed for hearing in seriatum, if possible with effect from 6.2.2001, considering the importance of some of the questions which arise for consideration in these appeals. It will be appropriate that these appeals are heard by a Bench of three Hon'ble Judges. Mr. A. Subba Rao will indicate whether any of these appeals are interconnected so that they can be listed together. He will also indicate whether there are any other appeals which are pending in this Court so that they can also be listed together.
