JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Km. Nishat Intezar as well as Sri Gopal Narain for the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 12.4.2001. By which the amendment sought to be incorporated in the memo of application before the workmen compensation commissioner was rejected without assigning any reason. From the perusal of the amendment sought, it is clear that the amendment was necessary to decide the whole dispute. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent Sri Gopal Narain fairly conceded that amendment ought to have been allowed by the workmen compensation commissioner. Thus the order dated 12.4.2001, is quashed. The amendment sought for is allowed. Parties shall appear before the workmen compensation commissioner along with a certified copy of this order on 20th June, 2001. 4. The writ petition is finally disposed of with above directions.
