JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted time to vacate the premises. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that under taking given by the petitioner should be recorded. The petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises within a period of Nine months from today and shall pay the entire arrears of rent within the aforesaid period.
