KHEM KARAN, J. Heard. 2. The applicant Pyarey Lal involved in Case Crime No. 127 of 2001, under Sections 498-A, 304-B of I. P. C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P. S. Auras, Distt. Unnao. 3. The applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that in the same incident one Surendra Kumar and Ganga Prasad also received burn injuries, as a result of which Surendra Kumar died. 4. I think the applicant is entitled to bail. 5. Let the applicant be released on bail on his farmishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction the C. J. M. concerned. Bail granted. .
