JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Inspector appointed by the Medical Council of India if he has not visited Pushpa Giri Medical Society, Tiruvalla, Kerala for inspection as directed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 25th June 2002, he shall visit immediately and submit his report on or before 28th August 2002. The Executive Committee of the Medical Council of India to consider the case of the applicant in the meeting which is to be held on 28.8.2002. The I.As stand disposed of accordingly.
