ORDER : B.N. Kirpal, CJI. I.A. No. 25 is allowed subject to the restrictions contained in the affidavit dated 24th August, 2002 of Shri Aseem Srivastav, DIG (Wild Life), Ministry of Environment and Forest, the two restrictions being that (i) there will be no transfer of land for the next 50 years except by way of succession and (ii) there will be no change in the land use pattern. It is quite obvious that by reason of the second condition, land in question cannot be permitted to be converted into a resort. 2. Rest of the IAs are adjourned. List after four weeks to await the report of the Standing Committee. 3. It is made clear that the Standing Committee which has been constituted to give a report is entitled to proceed in the absence of the party concerned. However, it may give notice of hearing if so thought proper by it.
