JUDGMENT : 1. Considered the affidavit dated 8.8.2002 filed by the Central Pollution Control Board and its finding, the time for monitoring the activity is extended for another one year with financial grant by Ministry of Environment and Forest. 2. The ambient air quality data for the month of March to July 2002 reveals improvement. 3. Copy of the report tendered by the Monitoring Committee be given to the concerned parties. 4. Liberty to file reply to the affidavit. 5. Adjourned to 26.9.2002. 6. Brick kiln matters fixed for 23.9.2002 stand adjourned to 26.9.2002.
