Judgment :- The writ petitioners challenge the validity of the Recovery of Debts due to the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 as ultravires and violative of the Constitution. The very point has already been decided by the Supreme Court and the validity has been upheld in UNION OF INDIA V. DELHI HIGH COURT BAR ASSOCIATION reported in 2002 (4) SCC 275 . Hence, the W.P.Nos.18571 and 18572 are dismissed. No costs.
