ORDER : Arijit Pasayat, J. All the four transfer petitions are taken up together. 2. Prayer for transfer of Writ Petition No. 23028/2001 entitled Bodapati Veera Raghavulu & Anr. v. Union of India has become infructuous which is, accordingly, dismissed. Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 933 of 2001 is dismissed. 3. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the other transfer petitions are allowed, and O.P. No. 35840/2001 entitled K.V. Karunakaran v. Union of India pending in the High Court of Kerala, Writ Petition No. 25616/2002 entitled N.S. Ziaudeen v. Secretary to Government, Union of India pending in the High Court of Judicature at Madras and Writ Petition No. 1860/2002 entitled Afzal Ahmed Siddiqui v. Union of India pending in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Bench at Lucknow are transferred to this Court. List these cases for hearing after six weeks.
