ORDER : 1. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 12th August, 2002, an affidavit of the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court has been filed on 9th September, 2002 which states that a Committee of Judges was appointed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court which visited the various rooms in possession of the Delhi Government and other statutory bodies and has identified 33 rooms which can be retained by the Delhi Administration on the premise that the work which is being done therein is related with the working of the Courts. We accept the said report and on that basis, Delhi Administration is directed to handover possession of the remaining 44 rooms which are with them, to the District Judge, Delhi on or before 15th October, 2002 and report compliance. Chief Secretary, Delhi is directed to carry out the terms of this order. Compliance report be filed on 23rd October, 2002 in Court. 2. To come up on 23rd October, 2002.
