JUDGMENT Irshad Hussain, J. : Heard Sri S. K. Mandal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri U. K. Uniyal, learned Government Advocate. . 2. The applicant is undergoing sentence for the offence punishable• under section 302, I.P.C. on the ground of suffering of his wife of epilepsy, he has prayed for short term bail. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case after hearing Sri U. K. Uniyal, learned G.A, we direct that the applicant Hasmat Khan S/o Manfool khan be released on short term bail for a period of thirty days in case crime no. 367 of 2000 under section 323/302, I.P.C. P. S. Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. concerned.
