JUDGMENT : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following: 1. List on 23rd October, 2002. 2. In the meantime, all blastings in the concerned area is prohibited, and the Deputy Commissioner is made personally responsible for ensure that this order is carried out and implemented. 3. The Union of India will give a report as to the physical and geographical state of Aravali hills, for which it issued a notification in November, 1999, specifying as to what the situation was at that time and what the situation is today.
