JUDGMENT : 1. Application for recalling the order dated 2.9.2002 is rejected. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In our view the impugned order passed by the High Court cannot be sustained and it is set aside. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the respondents-accused to approach the trial court or the other forum for grant of regular bail. If such application is filed, concerned court would decide the same expeditiously preferably within few days. 4. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
