Judgment :- The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice. 2. The writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus admitting the petitioner in Teacher Training Course for the academic year 2002-2003 without insisting upon the production of a certificate in refresher course. 3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had undergone teacher training course in a teacher training institute, which was subsequently de-recognised by virtue of an order passed by this Court and with a view to hold such affected students, the Government is pleased to call for applications from students of the de-recognised institutions. 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would however submit that it has to be verified whether the particular institute viz. Ebenezer Girls Teacher Training School, Ponnagaram, Tuticorin-2, is a de-recognised institute. Subject to such verification, the respondents shall consider the applications of the petitioners for admission into teachers training course for the year 2002-2003 without insisting upon the production of refresher course Certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.89 dated 17.06.2002. Similar orders have been passed in Writ petitions filed by the students who have studied in such de-recognised institutions. 5. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP 57364 of 2002 is closed. In the order dated 10.10.2002, the institution to which the petitioner belongs is named as "Ebenezer Girls Teacher Training School, Ponnagaram, Tuticorin-2". 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that this is not the correct name of the institution and the correct name of the institution is "St. Michael's Teacher Training Institute, Kalayarkoil-623 551, Pasumpon Thevar Thirumagan District, Tamil Nadu". Hence, the institution mentioned in the order dated 10.10.2002 shall be read as "St. Michael's Teacher Training Institute, Kalayarkoil-623 551, Pasumpon Thevar Thirumagan District, Tamil Nadu" instead of "Ebenezer Girls Teacher Training School, Ponnagaram, Tuticorin-2".
