( 1 ) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties. ( 2 ) WE have gone through the judgment and order passed by CEGAT. It cannot be held that cutting, edging, trimming, polishing and other processes on the marble slabs amount to a process of manufacture as it does not bring in a distinct product. Hence, this appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
